  The short version: We collect only what's needed to make the Service work. We don't sell your data. We don't send newsletters. Your email (if provided) is used only so Lumina can remember you between sessions.

1. Who We Are

Lumina (lumina-oracle.com) is an AI-powered oracle application developed by Thanakrit Suansan, an individual developer based in Thailand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Generate personalized reading content via Claude AI
Store sessions so Lumina can reference them in future visits
Provide returning-user greetings and context-aware readings
Improve the quality of the Service over time (aggregate, anonymized patterns)

We do not use your data to send marketing emails, serve advertisements, or share with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Session data is stored in Airtable (a cloud database service). Airtable stores data on servers in the United States. By using Lumina with an email address, you consent to this cross-border transfer.

Text you input is also sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API inputs. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain session records for as long as the Service is active, or until you request deletion. If you would like your data removed, contact us and we will delete your records from our database within 14 days.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Lumina uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember:

Your email address (if provided) — so you don't have to re-enter it
Your preferred language (TH/EN/JP)

This data stays in your browser only. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

7. Third-Party Services

Lumina uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Netlify — netlify.com/privacy

8. Children's Privacy

Lumina is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Deletion — request that we delete your session records
Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
Opt-out — use Lumina without providing an email (guest mode)

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including using HTTPS for all data transmission and access controls on our database. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
